Type3 Workforce Platform (QuickBooks Online connector) · Type3 Solutions Inc · Effective September 16, 2026
This agreement is between Type3 Solutions Inc ("Type3") and each person who uses the Type3 Workforce Platform (the "Platform"), including its connection to QuickBooks Online. The Platform is an internal business system. It is made available only to Type3 employees and to contractors Type3 has expressly authorized, for Type3's business purposes.
Type3 grants each authorized user a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform in the course of their work for Type3. No other right is granted. Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense or make the Platform or its data available to anyone outside Type3.
Users must use the Platform only through the accounts and permissions Type3 assigns to them, keep their credentials confidential, and record time, certifications and invoices truthfully. The Platform keeps a permanent audit trail of every entry, certification, correction and export, because these records support Type3's government contracts.
The Platform connects to Type3's own QuickBooks Online company, a service provided by Intuit Inc. Intuit is not a party to this agreement, and QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms of service. Only a Type3 QuickBooks administrator may authorize or revoke the connection.
All data in the Platform, including data retrieved from QuickBooks Online, belongs to Type3 and is handled as described in the Platform's Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided to Type3 personnel as an internal tool, as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Type3 is not liable to any user for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
Type3 may suspend or end any user's access at any time, and access ends automatically when a user's employment or engagement with Type3 ends. Sections 5 and 6 survive termination.
